Biometrics for Event Management Time and Attendance

Gainsborough, one of the UK’s leading Event Security, Management and Stewarding companies, initially approached Aurora in 2011 looking for a non-intrusive time and attendance solution they could use when attending different festival sites

Aurora recommended a combination of ClockFace and TimeKeeper. Our ClockFace devices uses biometric facial recognition technology to record accurate time and attendance logs. The TimeKeeper software provides the next stage link from time & attendance reporting to payroll operation by applying definable rules to the time & attendance records. In this way, users can automatically compile a timesheet which can be exported directly to many industry standard payroll systems for huge savings in admin time with highly accurate, indisputable attendance data.

Gainsborough were happy with the results of the trial and have since purchased several other ClockFace devices. They are now competent using and moving the hardware and therefore have taken each device to multiple events across the country.
